RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURN POLICY
Services – Should you need to be refunded for services, (working with a provider or coach) paid with a credit card, we have a 5% fee on all credit card returns.
Lab testing – When lab tests are ordered they are not refundable. If for some reason you are unable to have the testing done in a reasonable amount of time you may extend the amount of time necessary for those labs. If the waiting period is past 18 months we may require an initial evaluation to re-evaluate your current health (this will be done at no charge). If you are not able to have the testing done at all, you may give or gift your lab credit to another party or use it towards services or supplements.
Products – Product returns are not accepted. If a product you ordered is defective, you may return it for a replacement. There are no returns for not liking a product as there’s too much individual variation among people for how things taste, react, and other conditions happening with the body.
If you were shipped the wrong product and it’s the fault of ChroniCare of Utah, we will ship you the correct product at no cost to you. We reserved the right to request the product back that was wrongly shipped to you, in that event we will provide a shipping label to you at no cost to you.

ORDERING POLICY
Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed and shipped within 48 hours. If there was an error on what you ordered or you forgot to order something, email us immediately at staff@ccofutah.com or call us immediately at 801-776-3200 in order for us to try to fix the situation. However, it is not our policy that we can accommodate alterations because of how quickly we typically process and ship orders.
If you did not receive a tracking number email, please first check your spam folder. If you still do not see an email, contact us by email or phone so we can let you know the order status and the items that might be potentially back-ordered.

SHIPPING POLICY
Our shipping is through USPS, due to issues across the United States we are not able to guarantee a date on which your product will arrive. Once it leaves our facility it is in the hands of the USPS. We will, however, provide a tracking link for your order. Please contact your local USPS and provide them with your shipping number if you have not received your order. If you need your product sent overnight or 2nd day, please email us at staff@ccofutah.com and we can arrange alternate shipping. We are not able to ship to Mexico, Brazil, or Spain.

PRICING POLICY
There may be mistakes or errors in pricing or product descriptions on our website. We do our best to catch any mistakes and errors and always try to keep them updated but some of our vendors change things without our knowledge. Vitae Functional Medicine Clinic reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event that is the incorrect price was advertised on our website. In the event, we refuse or cancel your order and your credit card was already charged we will immediately issue a refund to your credit card, please allow three business days for that to show up on your online credit card statement. If you do not see the refund posted within three business days, please contact us by email or phone first before you contact the credit card company so we can make sure that the situation is handled
